Night Cycling!

The weather's suprisingly sunny today yeah? Take it from me, i've just reached home from cycling around Eunos to get none other than a copy of Straits Times. Haha. Its hooooot alright!Cycling! Just last saturday, me, the parents, the sister, the auntie and the cousin went night cycling. From Eunos, to East Coast Beach(its near alright), to Bedok Jetty for fishing. Mum didnt know how to cycle, so poor dad had to tumpang her on his bike with the fishing rots and the durians. Haha. Dad may be skinny but he's strong alright! It was really hard to go up hills, tunnels. Especially the tunnel that links to the beach from marine parade. We rested for awhile and i isolated myself when they had durian(eeeky-stinky!) Mum semangatly tried her best to cycle and i did helped her out to balance but she was afraid. Haha. Imagine how i was, laughing at mum as i see her get frustrated in her own world... Cute! Making our way to Bedok Jetty was scary. It was practically dark by then. Pretty far too. Tried to catch some fishes but our efforts were in no vain. Haha, will try again next time. My hands were really numb. My butt was in pain! Serious, aint no kidding. On the way back to the tunnel, i had to use dad's bike cause he's tired carrying so many things. It was darn heavy and i could feel my tighs shaking i tell you. I tried my best to at least reach the tunnel if i cant make it through home. Guess what happened when i reached the tunnel? I fell burokly on the grasses with the bike cause i couldnt stop on time and the bike's too high for me. Must have been a burooook sight! I just lay motionless cause i was too tired to move. It was a great laugh cause they thought i was unconscious or something. Haaah *winks* More night cycling to come! Need to lose those extra baggage for a healtier lifestyle. But trust me, i like the way i am now too! Gosh, my butt still hurts... I hope you're doing fine cause i'm worried about you. Sometimes i dont get it but I know i gotta have patience. JaNnA |
