Greetings my fellow earth-lings (: (Alamak sounds alien vs humans pulak eh? Hehe) Actually I don’t know where to start blogging but I do have the urge to but…. Perhaps I am just lazy to get my fingers on the keyboards. And wookey-wookey, I’ll reply tags once I update this piece. This week’s only the second and I am already thinking which assignment shall I start with. Anyhow, let me rant… The first module last Monday that was introduced was Public Relations. Lecturer’s this sweet, charming grandpa (in a good way) and he was explaining how PR is everywhere and anywhere. Interesting really. Journalism and News Broadcasting seems to be pretty scary to me. Lecturer’s very herself, catty but nice at the same time oh and lazy! Haha. Advertising is really interesting. I like the idea of making ads but I bet it can be tough considering you have to sum all up in 60seconds! And there’s everyone’s favourite; Television and Radio Production. Lecturer claim that he is the famous KL Lim which I shall google about him soon enough. Haha. He look fierce but you can never guess how lame he actually is, which is always a good laugh of course. FUUUN lah (; Saya banyakkkk suka woooor. Anyway did you get to try the yummy food at food fest last Monday?! Damn syioook. I went with Zahira and Chris and went to m eet up Farah and Tom-Tom-s. Bought all the yummmmy food. The most-cannot-tahan one was the chicken kebab. Alamaaak so juicy lah. No other kebabs are that juicy wookey. Its worth the $5. Most of the food are pretty much very chinesy so its pretty limited for us. Since Farah and Tom-Tom-s working there for the fest, we got the VIP seats. Haah. We got to seat while we eat and the place’s not crowded at all. Lucky-lucky. But really lah, I should have taken the juicy chicken’s address or at least its shop name or something.Yes way, I went swimming and gym with Zahira. The gym in school isn’t as bad as it looks like. And the best part no one’s actually there course its always stereotype as ‘ekkks’ to gym in school. Hahaha. Kan kan kan? Admit it? At least I do. I am actually quite enjoying it. We went swimming at Queenstown Stadium, its just right next to school. Seriously it looks very old school and I thought they only have one pathetic pool. But its actually pretty big inside and old but very well maintained and I guess only less than 5 people were swimming including us. So its peaceful and quiet. Sometimes its nice to preserve an old building for the younger generation (like me). Haah. I’m not actually frustrated at anything right now but perhaps I’m trying and I did ignore things I don’t want to dwell about at the back of my head. So other than that I’m pretty much happy with the way things are now. Except that, gee I so want to get a job to eliminate the boredom after school hours. Otherwise I’ll be drag shopping in town with Zahira at few times a week. Not that I don’t like shopping or anything like that, its just sometimes its -___________-" How shall I say it? And no I am not jealous. I am not tempted. Perhaps I am like that when I shop with my friends. Super fickle-minded, choosy. But I know I wont go to the extend of spending 45mins in a tiny shop just to decide things. Grrrr! And of course I do miss my friends in ITE. It has been great. The usual people Roy, Yat, Fir, Ruth, Annisa cASSper and Nurul. Oh and not forgetting the lovely Suhui. It has been loooong since we last have a loooong chat through out the night. Shasha and her friendly waves and surprisingly stop-bys by the window. The hi-and-byes in the canteen and everywhere I go (not that I’m saying I’m popular though but emphasizing how FRIENDLY it was compared to now). And if ever Shahrul’s reading this, december’s coming and I wish you all the best, you know what I mean. I really miss food and the makcik at the nasi ayam stall. Ohh and the cili padi at café 2. Yumm! And Mr Lionface’s fierce umsmiling face. Wookey Janna, dah cukup ehhh. Emo pulak tu -.-" Maybe its time for another bbq reunion. Or perhaps chalet. I think I’d try chalet next. Or perhaps camping? Then I can try my new taiti skills all thanks very much to Fiqah. Wahahaha. And speaking of chalets, I’m gonna be ‘legal’ next year and who wants to try chalet at Pulau Ubin? Then from there we can plan our next bag packing trip. Yaaaay! It’s a whole new world ahead! And before that, I was doing some research on Barack Obama yesterday for an assignment. And there were stories that he’s a muslim because he was brought up by muslim father(s).The parents divorced when he was two and mum married another muslim when they were in Jakarta. And he was studying there, even in a madrasah. But apparently its US, they’d think… Well you know how they think about muslims. Its really something to wonder about. Is he really a muslim though he claim that he’s a Christian and that act is just to ‘protect’ him and win the hearts of America? Or does the religion issue really is important in a country like that? Why cant they accept in open arms a particular government figure who is not in the same religion as they are? Above all, why does the Muslim religion is to be perceived so low by them? Tag me if I’m wrong but by all means, its just a thought. In the end, its him who decides for himself and he has the right to. Wookey lah, so now lets entertain ourselves with pictures. The burok, the pretty, the long-ago ones. Heeeh. Theme Bollywoooood. That malaysian guy in class. Before cutting that sexy messy hair. Now after. We were shocked and its very uum... Akward looking. *Ngaaaap* at Shawn. Lazy to come to class lah this boy! Rabbit-teeth! Modern day Bollywood! "pay my respects to grace and virtues you've gotta let me know I am loving this soooong and i gotta get the CD sey. Sponser anyone?! Hehehe. And be good everyone! JaNnA (: |
