![]() People who loves babies, please put up your hand. Are you one of them? Its either you are or you are not or perhaps you are just in-denial like i am. Heeh! I think its been a year since i find myself 'working' with the babies at work. And its not even everyday but its once a week yet i sometimes feel like i am in-denial with the little-cute-midgets. Lol! Hell yes they cry a lot, its frustrating to get them to do something, its so hard to stop them from crying so loud and overall it seems hard to impress these little ones. And that doesn't include their caregivers! Whoopsy! But yet babies are a joyful thing i feel. They can make you laugh when you're down or bring you to tears just seeing how pitiful they look like when they're crying. Yes i am one of those people who cant see sad little kids crying or hurting themselves and lead to crying cause crazily enough, it'll make me cry. Lol! I know its so geeky but i cant help it cant i? But i can control it at work eh... The babies are one thing, the caregivers are another thing. Sometimes, when you see adults older than you are and you feel like you're lacking experience and thus giving way to them to like a form or respect. But then you're wrong cause they wont give you the respect, instead they'll look down on you cause they think you don't have a slightest clue about the work. Isn't it a give and take situation for both, instead of constantly pointing at people's weaknesses? I admit, i do have weaknesses and i am sure everyone else does. You are one egoistic person if you don't admit it. No one's perfect. Instead of weaknesses, why don't people see your strengths and encourage you to do better instead? Right? I learn my lesson. When someone brings you down, prove to them that they are wrong. Constantly keep up with them until they have got nothing else to say. Quitting halfway without doing a good job wouldn't make you a better person anyway. So reach for the stars! Lol. Heeh. Cause someone once told me, "Winners never quit and quitter never wins". So Janna, put up a brave front, be confidence of yourself, dont give up, never second guess yourself and give the best-est shot! Cause you know you can do it, do it well! JANNA. |
